About Me

My main focus is on first-time home buyers and sellers; with over 87% of my business coming from
past client and industry associate referrals. I have extensive experience in the markets throughout the
NW communities of Minneapolis -with focused expertise in the communities of Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn
Center, New Hope, Crystal, Golden Valley, Plymouth, Maple Grove, and Robbinsdale.

I have lived and worked in the Northwest Metro Suburbs of Minneapolis since 1992 and have enjoyed
all that the area has had to offer. I have come to have a deep understanding of all aspects of the real
estate market in these communities, and incorporate my background in sales and marketing with my
knowledge of the areas to assure that whatever your real estate needs are, I can help you achieve your
goals with as less stress as possible. With a shifting marketplace, I have decided to add to my
knowledge base, and have recently completed training on the process of foreclosure, and the benefits
of a short sale. This continually shifting market, along with the increase of bankruptcies and
foreclosures, and the recent legislative changes will all greatly affect many homeowners throughout
