A Little History About Who They Are...
A family tradition since 1982.
The Young Connection was started by a mother and son team of two experienced real estate agents
who had a vision of offering a full service experience in all aspects of the home buying and selling
process. This now team of three, was expanded to help service the needs of their ever-increasing
client base; bringing aboard some of the most professional and hard working real estate
professionals in the industry. In doing so, they also expanded their knowledge of the real estate
market beyond their core neighborhoods out to neighboring communities. The Young Connection
Team currently services the Seven County Metro Area, but still specializes in the western and
northwestern communities. They offer assistance in many different aspects of real estate including
new construction consultation, the sale or purchase of existing homes market, in addition to lots and
land, relocation assistance, second home market, and connections within the leisure property
market here in Minnesota, as well as through connections across the United States and into Canada.
They offer hands-on guidance to the buyer with many options for mortgage assistance and products,
Title, home inspection, and home warranty options and services.
With their hands-on approach to the listing and selling process, they offer the seller a unique
marketing plan experience. This gives the seller a competitive edge in the market place. The
technology utilized allows customers to easily stay in constant contact with the team, and view the
progression of the on-going marketing efforts being made to market their home.
Working with a large referral base of clients, friends, family, and industry experts, along with over 30
