Keller Williams Realty Was Named one of the Top Places to Work by Star Tribune 2011 Large companies like Cargill and Kwik Trip joined Keller Williams at the top of the list this year, but while these companies were new to Star Tribune's annual ranking of top-large company workplaces in Minnesota, Keller Williams is enjoying the prestigious placement for a second year in a row! You can read more at the Star Tribune Online. What does that mean for you? Well... where there is a happy employee (or agent in this case) there is a happy consumer. Keller Williams agents are glad to be part of company that puts agents first, which allows those agents to then put their clients first!

KW Cares is on the Move!
What is KW Cares? Established in 2003, KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity that raises money through Keller Williams offices across North America, in order to provide emergency financial assistance to any member of the KW family in need and other charities aligned with the mission and values of Keller Williams Realty and KW Cares. This charity is the heart of the Keller Williams Realty culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the communities where our agents live and work.
How KW Cares is Helping Others In 2007, KW Cares provided substantive financial assistance to 58 Keller Williams associates and their immediate families. We helped victims of flood, wildfires, house fires, life altering accidents and serious medical illnesses. In each case, KW Cares assistance augmented assistance already provided from within the associate’s market center. Working together, market centers, regions and KW Cares are providing much needed emotional and financial support to those in dire need.
One tenth of KW Cares’ proceeds are divided annually between three causes: The Oral Lee Brown Foundation provides
assistance for underprivileged students to attend college or a university. Ryan’s Well builds wells in third world countries so children everywhere can have access to clean, safe drinking water. Because so many KW Cares grants are to assist with the high cost of paying for cancer treatments and therapies, KW Cares donates to the three top-rated Cancer Research centers in the United States: the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center. These centers conduct cutting-edge research in search of a cure for all types of cancer.
